Leadership Development & Community Organizing

Latino immigrants and their families inspire, implement, and champion our work. We have a strong commitment to develop and capacitate community members with the organizing skills necessary to enact the change they seek in their community.

Our organizing bases are concentrated in Marion County, Washington County, and Multnomah County. We work with action teams year-round to develop education, advocacy, and electoral campaigns.

Our leaders and volunteers have participated in rapid response efforts, led know your rights educating thousands of people testified in favor of bills, and registered thousands of voters.
